Jillian Bremner, sister of 10U Tiger Justin, recaps the 2015 season

If you’re a boy who loves to play… then going out for Little League baseball and playing the game with all your heart, will seem like the best times of your life. The only thing better than the thrill of the American sport we know as baseball is the memories you make with your team. The 10U Twinsburg Tigers travel team did just that. They made memories, both on and off the field that will last forever in the minds of the boys, parents, coaches, and siblings alike. The Tigers competed in various tournaments this season and delivered another successful year as champions of 3 big events this year. The first tournament that they won was the North Ridgeville Buckeye Classic. Twinsburg competed fiercely and ended up taking first place. The second tournament that Twinsburg opted to participate in was of a larger scale. They were playing in the Baseball Nationals event in Louisville, KY.   From the community of Twinsburg, the tiger clan traveled down to bourbon country (Louisville, Kentucky) to play in the Louisville Slugger Classic. The boys competed against teams from places ranging from Delaware to Illinois.  The 10U Tigers, all community team, prevailed and claimed the Baseball Nationals title for themselves and the City of Twinsburg, going undefeated against the various teams.  The third and final tournament championship this season took place right at home in Twinsburg at the Stars and Stripes Tournament.  Some amazing baseball was played and that caused the 10U Tigers to claim their third tournament win this season. This team is a perfect example of what happens when hard work and discipline meets up with a solid, dedicated, supportive coaching staff.  This season produced so many special memories for all the boys and their families.  My brother and his team played great baseball and we hope for the same results next year! Go Tigers!!!
